When maintaining the sewage suction truck, you need to pay attention to the following points:

1. Check whether the vacuum pump pipeline and the separation place are loose. Turn the vacuum pump by hand to see if the vacuum pump is sensitive.

2. Add the bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, check that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.

3. Unscrew the water diversion plug of the vacuum pump body and pour water diversion (or slurry diversion).

4. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline.

5. Jog the motor to see if the rotation of the motor is correct.

6. Start the motor. When the vacuum pump is running normally, turn on the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After seeing the proper pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load condition.

7. Try to control the flow and head of the vacuum pump within the range indicated on the sign to ensure that the vacuum pump operates at the highest efficiency point, so as to achieve the greatest energy saving effect.

8. During the operation of the vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80C.

9. If abnormal sound is found in the vacuum pump, stop immediately to check the reason.

10. When the vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck is to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.

11. In the first month of operation, the vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck should change the lubricating oil after 100 hours, and change the oil every 500 hours after that.

12. Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure that the dripping condition in the packing chamber is normal (it is advisable to leak out in drops).

13. Regularly check the wear condition of the shaft sleeve, and replace it in time after the wear is large.

14. When the vacuum pump is used in the cold winter season, after parking, it is necessary to unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the pump body to drain the medium. Avoid freezing. 15. If the vacuum pump is out of use for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble all the pumps, wipe off the water, apply grease to the rotating parts and separation parts, and store them properly.
